Available as Lunch ~ £20 (12noon – 3pm) or Evening ~ £26 (4pm – 10pm)

Mains

Roast carrot, ginger and honey soup, homemade soda bread

Caramelised chestnut, wild mushroom and baby spinach tart, spiced tomato chutney

Home cured Tobermory 16 year old salmon, pickled vegetables, horseradish creme fraiche

Chicken liver pate, Cumberland sauce, toasted soda bread

Mains

All served with roasties and vegetables

Roast turkey, stuffing, chipolatas, cranberry sauce

Slowly braised brisket of beef, truffle mash, pancetta, horseradish

Venison casserole, pan seared haunch, red currants, mash

Cod, salmon and clam en papillotte, saffron, fennel, white wine

Roast squash, chick pea, baby spinach rendang, mango riata, coriander flatbread

Desserts

Orange, mango and rosewater pavlova

Chocolate and honeycomb tart, clotted cream

Christmas pudding with brandy cream
