Chicken and roast garlic veloute with black trumpet mushrooms
Seared west coast scallops with cauliflower puree and
hazelnut and rocket pesto ( £2.50 supplement)
Broccoli and chilli crème caramel with parmesan wafer

Mains

Roast free range Norfolk bronze turkey with all the trimmings
Inverurie black gold fillet steak au poivre, dauphinois
e potatoes and wild mushrooms (£5 supplement)
Lemon and herb crusted cod with Lyonnaise and green brean salad and lemon hollandaise
Duo of slow roast belly and tenderloin pork stuffed with Stornaway black pudding, fondant potato and apple
and cider chutney
Roast butternut squash, spinach and gruyere gratin with cherry tomato and red pepper compote

Desserts

Iced chocolate and chestnut cream with shortbread biscuit and chocolate sauce
Ginger spice cake with egg nogg custard and butterscotch
Mulled wine jelly with spiced apple puree and candied orange slice

Portabello mushroom and spinach pithivier with honey and orange glazed chicory
Organic Shetland salmon fillet, braised fennel, confit cherry tomatoes,
mussel and white wine sauce
