Sloans are taking bookings for a choice of Christmas celebrations over the festive season. From 30th November until 22nd December, 2013 – Dine in the Stunning Restaurant and dance in the Decadent Grand Ballroom.

Christmas Lunch 3 course Lunch – £27.50

Ballroom: 1pm – 3pm. Out by 4pm, Maximum 100 guests
1st Floor: 2.30pm – 4.30pm. Out by 5pm, Maximum 70 guests
Elf pianist to play throughout lunch.

Sweet potato & sweet corn chowder
Smoked salmon and buttermilk blini with horseradish cream
Cured ham, shaved pear, rocket and mustard vinaigrette
Herb crumbed goats cheese with red onion jam

Mains

Roast turkey with jerk BBQ baste served with stuffing and chipolatas
Fillet of sea bass with pumpkin puree and harissa dressing
Sweet potato kofte with roast vegetable tagine and lime yoghurt
Porchetta cured pork cutlet with baby artichokes and garlic butter

Desserts

Vanilla cheesecake with black cherry and amaretto syrup
White chocolate pavlova with blueberries
Christmas pudding with brandy custard
Aged cheddar with oatcakes and relish

Butternut & rosemary soup with sweet potato dumplings served with crusty bread Salad of crisp pulled duck, balsamic poached cherries, peppery watercress and spring onion
Tartine of spiced cauliflower, hummus and pickled beetroot

Mains

New Year’s pie – Slow braised beef cheek with forest mushroom and thyme pastry
Fillet of halibut with celeriac puree, pancetta, croutons and tarragon leaves
Pumpkin gnocchi with toasted walnuts, gorgonzola and chive beurre blanc
* All served with goose fat roasties, stock braised carrots and buttered greens

Desserts

Warm chocolate tart with honeycomb ice cream
Mango sorbet with raspberries and ginger syrup
Lymkilms cheeseboard with relish and oatcakes
