Seventeen sports: Aquatics, Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Cycling, Gymnastics, Hockey, Judo, Lawn Bowls, Netball, Rugby Sevens, Shooting, Squash, Table Tennis
Triathlon, Weightlifting and Wrestling.

Venues throughout the city and beyond, including: Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Tollcross International Swimming Pool, Kelvin Hall, Hampden Park, Celtic Park, Ibrox Stadium, Strathclyde Country Park, Kelvingrove Lawn Bowls and Cathkin Braes Mountain Bike Trail.

World and Olympic champions will be in Glasgow to compete in a range of sports.

As Glasgow welcomes the participants and visitors to the city, a Cultural Programme will fill Glasgow with the best in entertainment and culture from across Scotland and around the world. Glasgow’s venues, parks and streets will be packed with entertainment and culture from 19 July – 3 August.
