The group welcomes all retired and semi-retired men and women. It creates an opportunity for members to share in educational, recreational and creative activities plus make new friends. Members can join regular, small, informal groups covering a wide range of topics including: Calligraphy, Cinema, Crochet, Conversational French and Current Affairs. (See full range of groups).

Regular monthly U3A meetings take place on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 10 am for 1030. These include a catch up followed by a guest speaker, invited along to talk on a topic of interest to members.
