Moving Theatre Courses in France

MT Courses are one week long developmental courses in creative writing or stand-up comedy set in beautiful French locations.

Course 1: Working with creative writing
Date: 30 March 2014 to 06 April 2014
Castillon La Bataille, Aquitaine
Tutors: Mark Watkins (DK) and Stuart Delves (UK)

Course 2: Writing and performing stand-up comedy
Date: 19-26 April 2014
Lacoste, Provence
Tutors: Maureen Younger (UK) and Christian Schulte-Loh (DE)

These courses have been designed by high-profile practicing artists in comedy, poetry, and creative writing for adults (18+) from all walks of life, and especially those in adult education, to learn new personal/ professional skills and develop their creativity. Both courses are designed to support participants in passing on their new found skills to others in a variety of contexts. This means that the courses should be of particular interest to anyone involved in teaching or training adults, managing volunteers or mentoring junior staff.

The courses are open to anyone and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and nationalities. Each course is delivered in English by two tutors.
