Celebrate in style this year at the Ubiquitous Chip. Whether you dine upstairs on the twinkling mezzanine level or downstairs in the main restaurant, we’ll make sure that your festive dining experience is one to remember. You may be dining as a larger party or perhaps just an intimate table for two; each reservation will receive personalised service of the highest quality.

slow cooked hen egg, pancetta lardons, sourdough croutons
Confit pheasant leg and ham hough terrine,
olive muffin and duck liver cream
Morangie Brie mousse,
goats butter wafer, cranberry and grape gel, walnut crumble
Seared fillet of seabass,
