Rehabilitation through swimming and aqua exercise

Individual programmes are designed to meet specific needs and increase fitness levels.  William holds additional qualifications relating to disabilities and special needs. He has extensive experience working with people with sight impairment, deafness, cerebral palsy and learning difficulties. Clients aiming to improve fitness levels after surgery benefit those who have had hip or knee replacement surgery,  stroke victims and by pass patients.

Competitive swimmers

Competitive swimmers benefit by improving swimming technique.  This includes those competing in triathlons for whom swimming may be a weaker discipline. Competitiveness can improved by preventing or reducing exhaustion through improving swimming technique.

Staying safe

Children are taught how to stay safe whilst swimming by learning to understand dangers associated with lochs, gravel pits, canals and rivers. Lessons help them to remain safe whilst playing outdoors.
