Debut album 'Dr. Gelati & the Lemon Garden' launch at Stereo Cafe Bar, Renfield Lane, Glasgow. 7.30-11.00pm £5.

The band will also be showcasing some their songs with the Cairn String Quartet and guest female backing singers.

'Welcome to the world of The Cut Throat Razors - a sharp dressed, Glasgow based, 8 piece band fronted by the energetic and theatrical Scott Crawford. Their first album, 'Dr Gelati and the Lemon Garden' showcases Crawford's self-penned songs of love, lingerie, libation and liberation, backed up by a big punchy sound, evoking classic ska, motown, new wave, big band swing and yes, polka!

Their lead single 'Mr Bond' taps into the current 007 mania - a cinematic John Barry themed groove explode into a crazed Balkan polka. Hang on tight, but listen carefully, this is no tribute. This is The Cut Throat Razors - You WILL be entertained.'
