Looking After Mental Wellbeing
Saturday 22 August, 2020 – online at 2 p.m.
Woodlands Community Garden
For Parents and Carers
Are you a parent or carer and feeling anxious as Coronavirus restrictions begin to ease? Are you struggling with the stress and uncertainty of the situation? This online workshop will offer a space to talk about how this is affecting you and your family and will give you tips on how to manage your anxiety through Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and mindfulness.
These workshops are free, though would be great if you make a one off donation or become a Friend of Woodlands through donate page. This is a great help to Woodlands Community in running more workshops.
Roberta Stone from Take Time 4 U will meet you on Zoom and work within a group setting. Email any questions beforehand.
