Solas Showcase at Project Cafe, Friday 24 April, 2015
7:30pm – 10:30pm
Sunny days are finally upon us, meaning that it can’t be long till Solas Festival- Scotland’s mid-summer, weekend-long celebration of the arts- sets up camp in the beautiful site of The Bield in Perthshire.
For a little taste of what you can expect from the festival, which runs from19 – 21 June, join us on Friday 24 April at the Project Cafe from 7.30pm – 10.30pm for an evening of music, literature, film and pizza.
Entertainment so far includes Scots Makar Liz Lochhead, ‘lyrical genius’ Declan Welsh, Stornoway singer Miss Irenie Rose and a special screening from Edinburgh Short Film Festival, and more music from Shambles Miller!
Entry by donation, all ages welcome. We look forward to seeing you. You can BYOB or have a coffee at the cafe.
