I must admit that I am not the greatest when it comes to cooking, however I do like a good cleaning session and as the saying goes cleanliness is next to godliness or something like that!?

Conventional oven cleaning chemicals are loaded with toxic ingredients, including ethers, sodium and potassium hydroxide, methylene chloride and petroleum distillates. YUK!!!

The products are irritants and harmful to your skin and eyes, and the fumes are unhealthy. Instead, why not go natural, save money and be eco aware? Dead simple. Baking Soda and water!

All you have to do is coat the inside of your oven or microwave or grill with a paste made from water and baking soda.

Let it stand overnight, then dig out the Marigolds and scour off that grease, grime and charred leftovers then wipe down with a damp cloth.

Cheap as chips ( oven ) and saves you having to recycle the plastic container that the processed oven cleaners come in.
