Natural Art Session at Glasgow Botanic Gardens

Saturday 7th December, 2pm to 3pm

Meeting at Byres Road entrance.

Using natural materials gathered from around the gardens then we will make pictures for others to enjoy. No booking required.

Woodlands Community Garden’s Winter Social

Wednesday 18th December, 3.30pm to 7.30pm

Join in the festive fun with the full Woodlands Community Garden team; natural Christmas decorations, yummy festive treats and fun activities. No booking required.

 

Nature’s Decorations in Kelvingrove Park

Winter Wonderland in Kelvingrove Park

Saturday 28th December, 2pm to 3pm,

Meet at Kelvinbridge Subway Car Park.
Tree folklore and talking about how animals cope during the colder weather.
We’ll deck the park using some of our natural decorations! No booking required

Woodlands Community Garden Nature Walks

Saturday 14th December, 10am to 1pm  Meet at 10.00am at Community Garden or at 10.30am at the Necropolis Gatehouse at Cathedral Square (next to Glasgow Cathedral). Join us to discover just how important our graveyards and cemeteries are for wildlife. Learn fascinating history and marvel at the brilliant architecture with a guided tour. Booking and money for bus fares required. Donations for entry fee welcomed.
