Everybody Wants One!!
Richard Linklater’s ‘spiritual sequel’ to Dazed & Confused.
GFT
3 – 9 June, 2016
Applying the same deftness of touch and lightness of tone that he used with 1993’s Dazed and Confused, Richard Linklater transports us to a small Texan college for this 1980s set ‘spiritual sequel’. Following the lives of a group of baseball players, Linklater once again allows audiences to experience the recklessness of youth with a warmth and humanity that few other filmmakers can achieve. A joyful reverie about living in the moment, and why those moments might just be the best ones of your life.
