Aye Write 2014, Linda Cracknell and Sara Maitland on Landscape Writing , Saturday 12th April
Linda Cracknell and Sara Maitland will appear at Aye Write! to discuss the elements of nature, elemental forces, science and superstition that are inherent in their writing.
In Linda’s stunning debut novel, Call of the Undertow, she explores themes of motherhood, guilt, myth and the elemental forces of nature in a lyrical, taut and haunting account of damaged lives seeking redemption.
