Shetland: Cooking on the Edge of the World
Shetland is where Scotland meets Scandinavia and the North Sea hits the Atlantic Ocean, isolated, unspoilt and rich in history and tradition.
James Morton and his father, broadcaster Tom Morton, have written Shetland: Cooking on the Edge of the World which explores life on an island with food, drink and community at its heart.
With spectacular photography throughout, the book covers seafood that is second to none, butter and cheeses made locally, the native lamb that roams freely around the island, and the Shetland black potato which cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
