Classic Ham hock terrine with piccalilli
Sardines with caper and lemon sauce
Edamame hummus served with warm flat bread and crudités
Chargrilled vegetable terrine with smoked salmon served with chicory
and soda bread
Slow roasted Andalusian lamb served with oven cooked potatoes,
sweet tomatoes,onions and broccolini
Roast turkey with sage stuffing, chipolatas, roast potatoes,
Brussel sprouts, carrots and cranberry jelly
Gratin of Dover sole with broccoli, leek and gruyere sauce served with a
selection of vegetables
Leek and mushroom risotto with Parmesan shavings
Rib-eye steak with basil hollandaise sauce (upstairs only) with a
selection of vegetables
Traditional Christmas pudding served with brown sugar brandy butter.
Selection of excellent cheese served with Cottiers oat cakes.
