Andrew Robinson, Danielo Olivera, David Montes and Isabel Munoz combine to make "Jaleo PenaFlamenca".

Performing a variety of traditional, contemporary and original compositions, this flamenco group of leading individualists is sure to bring a flavour of Andalucia to your door step. Virtuosic guitar from Andrew, generally regarded as the finest exponent of flamenco guitar in Scotland, soulful singing, driving percussion and fiery dance.......this is not to be missed. This marvellous group played at the Mugdock Festival this year and brought the house down (or should I saY Marquee!!!!)

This a first for the club, musicians and dancers! So their are a limited number of tickets because of space. Please get yours early to avoid disappointment!!!!

SECOND BIT OF GOOD NEWS!

I mentioned a few months ago that we hoped to have a folk Theatre night soon and we've decided to combine this with our, Christmas party ON SATURDAY 6th DECEMBER. We present 'LIFE UP THE RAW!' An every day story of mining folk in Durham in the 19th Century. Their songs, humour, hardships and achievements.

A dramatic story with music, projection ,theatre and song featuring; Mary Lou Graham/Cello, Joe Murray/keyboards/banjo/guitar, Tony Erskine/guitar and Erne Parkin/guitar/mandolin and miner's lamp! This show, adapted from a previous success at the Edinburgh festival Fringe, has had great reviews from its most recent tour, around Glasgow, during October this year.

Show must start at 7.45pm please get to your seat early. Tickets at Eight pound, are on sale on the 29th at the club and from the Iron Chef from Wednesday 26th November.

A glass of mulled wine and a mince pie is included in the price! THIS IS ANOTHER FIRST FOR THE CLUB/ NOT TO NE MISSED!
