Metafit is a 30minute workout aimed to increase metabolism, burn fat, tone muscles and build and maintain strength by completing different bodyweight exercises such as squats, press ups, plank, lunges and ski jumps.
The method involves working flat out on each exercise for 60 seconds with a 30 second rest inbetween. These intervals change weekly and exercises are developed over the weeks to adapt to fitness levels increasing the intensity.
Group prices are £5 per person. Invidivual £15.

Indoor cricket sessions will start at West next week from Monday 28th January.
First Sessions will be: Mondays 6pm – 7.30pm for all up to U11s, Tuesdays 6pm – 7.30pm for U13s, and Wednesdays 6pm – 7.30pm for U15s and U18s.
For clarity, age groups are based on your age on 1st September last year. Eg Someone now 11 but who was still 10 on 1/9/12 is an U11 for season 2013.
We are always looking for new players so if you have pals/classmates (boys or girls) who might fancy cricket, please bring them along. They’ll be very welcome at all age groups.
Lastly, if any senior players/parents can spare a bit of time to help out at the sessions that would be much appreciated.

Broomhill welcomes new members. Presently we have no waiting list, no joining fee and have a special initial fee for 2 people joining together of £100. We provide a means to keep fit by playing social tennis and squash and by competing in the local leagues. Young people are encouraged to play tennis by our Juniors’ tennis coach and squash through our link to West Squash. We have 4 all weather floodlit tennis courts and 2 squash courts.
