Starting at Glasgow Green, the 6 mile ride follows a traffic free riverside route via the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome and Commonwealth village. Riders can then enjoy an array of entertainment at Glasgow Green.

Welcome to the Wee Jaunt Glasgow at Pedal for Scotland – Scotland’s biggest bike event! Starting at
Glasgow Green on Saturday 5th September, this 6 mile ride follows a traffic free riverside route via the
Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome and Commonwealth village. Riders can then enjoy an array of entertainment
at Glasgow Green.
We would like to thank our official charity partner, the STV Children’s Appeal and hope you can
continue to support them this year. We would also like to thank our sponsors, partners and
organisations who have helped to make this event possible.
This information leaflet should provide you with everything you need to complete your Glasgow Wee
Jaunt on Saturday 5th September, but should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get hold
of one of the team on 03333 207015. The support line is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

On the day you will receive:
    
Event Number – to be pinned to the front of your outermost layer on the day
If you purchased a T-Shirt, you will be able to pick it up at the registration desk on the morning of the
ride or from Saturday 29th August you can pick up your order from the Alpine bike store in Glasgow
(Alpine Bikes Glasgow, 6 St Georges Place, G20 7PW) or Edinburgh (Alpine Bikes Edinburgh, 48
Hamilton Place, EH3 5AX). Please note that you will need to provide proof of purchase. Please go to
your confirmation email which will give you access details for your account. From there you can print
off you registration and t-shirt order details.
