The Biggest Cycling Event Ever
This was the most spectacular event. So many wonderful sportspeople showing their skills and competing in a huge range of cycling events throughout Scotland. The crowds were fantastic and support for the event and for visitors to the city and country could not have been warmer or more enthusiastic.

Fan Zone UCI World Championships – George Square
George Square, City Centre, G2 1DH will serve as official fan zone throughout the championships. It will showcase events and be the venue for themed days including Family Day on 8 August and Surge Festival Day 11 August.
Be sure to catch music from the best of Glasgow and Scotland’s musical talent including contributions from Celtic Connections, Piping Live! Glasgow Mela and many other great bands including local and international musicians such as Amy Laurenson, The Siobhan Miller Band, Tom McGuire & the Brassholes and many more.
