Catherine MacLellan is a Canadian singer-songwriter in town to play Avant Garde, 24 King Street in Glasgow Merchant City tonight, Thursday 15 November. Before her gig she will be chatting to Bill Morris and Kate Reid on the Homward Bound programme just after 3.00pm.

?Silhouette? is the highly anticipated new album from Catherine MacLellan. The record captures her best qualities effortlessly?stitching together elegantly woven songs with her memorable blend of heartfelt and powerfully introspective lyrics and catchy melodies. She will be performing many of these songs tonight at Avant Garde in King Street.

Also coming into studio 1 this afternoon is Allan Taylor, who plays 'Live at the Star' tonight, Thursday 15 November at St Andrew's in the Square, Glasgow.

For over 40 years, master songwriter Allan Taylor has resolutely followed his creative muse wherever it might take him, resulting in music that has accurately been dubbed ?cinema for the mind and soul?.

Allan plays the Star Folk Club, St Andrews in the Square, 1 St Andrews Square, Glasgow G1 5PP tonight and before that, Bill Morris will have a chat with him and perhaps a few songs live on Homeward Bound on Celtic Music Radio 1530AM.
