Old Glasgow Club – The People’s Palace: Talk by Peter Mortimer
Thursday 9 October, 2025, 7.00 p.m.
Renfield St Stephens Centre, 260 Bath St, Glasgow G2 4JP
Old Glasgow Club‘s connections with The People’s Palace, which opened in 1898, go back to the formation of the club with at least three of its curators being Club Directors. So, what better connection for us to make than have Peter Mortimer former Club President look back at the beginnings of this long relationship.
Visitors are welcome to come along. Entry is £8 per talk. Should you chose to join the Old Glasgow Club, this will be deducted from the annual membership fee of £35.
