Project Ability established 1984.
Project Ability is a Glasgow-based visual arts organisation. It was estabished in 1984 with the aim of creating opportunities for disabled people experiencing mental ill health. It works to help participants aged 5 years to 80 plus to express themselves and achieve their artistic potential.
Each week over 300 people take part in their programme. Throughout the years they offer a diverse programme of events with workshops, events and exhibitions.
They work in partnership with people with disabled people and their support agencies across the UK developing local, national and international arts projects, creating opportunities for people to network, share their practice and exhibit their work.
