The Glad Cafe, Glasgow
Sangs an’ Clatter is a performance night from The Village Storytelling Centre, all about mixing traditional and contemporary forms of storytelling. This December’s Sangs an’ Clatter is guest-curated by storytelling Dada folk band Dangle Manatee (danglemanatee.bandcamp.com) and also proudly features:
Naomi Garnault – sharp-witted writer, singer and champion tea-brewer from Glasgow via South Wales and Belfast;
Rory Porter – poems and magic-realist detective tales from the lead singer of London garage band The Exhausts;
Naomi O Kelly – raised on Hans Christian Anderson, dedicated teller of dark and funny folk tales;
And more!
