Once again Glasgow will celebrate international cinema with a host of exciting films, gala screenings and events.
Films will be shown at Glasgow Film Theatre (GFT), Rose Street.

Programme

Some of the festival's highlights will include Gala Screenings including Robert de Niro?s 'The Good Shepherd' and the award winning German film, 'The Lives of Others'.
Other international films in the programme will include East of Bucharest, a major hit at the Cannes Film Festival and new martial arts spectacular 'The Curse of the Golden Flower', the spectacular martial arts film by Zhang Yimou. The festival will also show the work of Anders Thomas Jensen and Suzanne Bier.

Celebrating the centenary of the birth of The Duke

Fans of John Wayne, the Duke, will be able to see 10 of his films as the Festival celebrates the centenary of his birth.

Fright Fest

Horror movie fans will relish Fright Fest - "the UK's best horror and fantasy film festival".

There will also be Masterclass events and opportunities to discuss various aspects of film making.
