Glasgow is going to be buzzing with world class music this January, as Celtic Connections presents over 300 concerts, ceilidhs, talks, free events, late night sessions and workshops in 14 venues across the city over 19 days.

Celebrating Celtic Connections 2008

Louis DeCarlo is an American photographer, based in Edinburgh and New York. He has been photographing musicians and festivals in the UK and Ireland for over 10 years. He is fascinated by the resurgence of traditional music as it is interpreted by the new generation, photographing in an eclectic style. Many of the artists he regards as part of this renaissance have asked him to shoot promotional images, CD covers and portraits, and are featured in this exhibition.
