The Glasgow leg of the Yestival tour takes place at the wonderful Govanhill Baths venue, with a daytime event that is open to all!
Main Pool
2.00pm – 3.30pm
A variety showcase featuring speakers, sketches, spoken word and music including:
Bhangra music!
Tom Urie!
A speech from local MSP Nicola Sturgeon!
Comedy from Ags and Ina!
Louise Cairns!
San Fran and the Siscos!
3.30pm Spoken word and performance from Viv Gee, Bruce Morton, Rachel McCrum and Colin McGuire, with a special scratch-theatre performance from Oiseaux Theatre.
4.30pm – Very Special music guest to be announced!
5.30pm – Glasgow hip-hop from Loki and more!
Throughout the event, we will also have a cafe, brought to you by award-winning chef and Masterchef quarter-finalist Fatima Uygun!
Plus:
Childrens arts and craft activities by Rags2Riches (Blanche Blu)
And – a series of events, film and discusion by Pop-Up Politics in the Meeting Room space.
