One Track by Maggie Graham – a love poem for Valentine’s Day

One Track
Through the train window
I saw
On the platform
A handsome guy hitch up his jeans
And felt a jolt
That wasn’t the train
For it wasn’t moving
At all
When we met
I told you
And you laughed
And we kissed.
For it was you
Love
Always
Only you
