Both the People’s Palace and the Winter Gardens are currently closed for major refurbishment. – much work has still to be done in anticipation of a completely restored museum and glasshouse reopening in 2027.
Please come along and find out more about this project and valuable asset to the people of Glasgow (expected to reopen in 2027) and support the work of the Friends of People’s Palace, Winter Gardens and Glasgow Green.
Peter Mortimer, Local Historian will give a short talk about this iconic civic resource and you can meet Glasgow Life’s People’s Palace Project Team
