In its first year, the First Act Film Festival opens the 2016 Glasgow Youth Arts Festival 16, delivering an inspiring programme of short films from young 15 to 25 year old Scottish filmmakers. Followed by an awards ceremony, Q&A with new and established filmmakers, and an opportunity to network. This exciting event will also see the launch of the First Act Film Fund. Facilitated by Young Filmmakers Glasgow.
