Faifley Rocks, Cochno Stone Fun Day

The Cochno Stone is a 5000 year old rock outcrop covered in spirals and cup and ring marks, situated in Faifley Clydebank, Nr Glasgow. It was buried in the 1960s to protect it from vandals on the nearby housing estates and it has been buried for around 45 years.
Faifley Rocks will be led by Glasgow University archaeology lecturer, Dr Kenny Brophy, and supported by Faifley Community Council, Knowes Housing Association, TCV Community Rewilding and MSP Gil Paterson.
