Black History Month: Snapshot Shorts GFT
Sunday 5 October, 2024, 2.15 p.m.
Snapshot Shorts, presented by TAPE, is a series of short coming-of-age films that take us on a rollercoaster of teenage angst, mother & daughter relationships and the sweet liberation of finding your tribe.
This screening will be followed by the ‘Snapshots and Snippets Collage Workshop’ with artist Kezia Lewis. We’ll be making collages inspired by the Snapshot shorts and your own experiences of Black girlhood and womanhood. To sign up for this free workshop (for ages 14+) please click here.
Screening as part of Snapshot – a season of films celebrating Black girls coming of age on their own terms, presented by TAPE.
