Born in Ireland and now based in Edinburgh, Heidi has built an extraordinary international career, captivating audiences with a sound that weaves together folk tradition and contemporary song writing.
From her early days with the celebrated Irish-American group Cherish the Ladies to a flourishing solo career, Heidi has graced stages across the globe from the White House to the Sydney Opera House.
Her latest album, Grace Untold (November 2025), is a radiant and deeply moving collection of songs inspired by goddesses, heroines, and the stories of women who shape our world. It also marks an exciting new chapter as Heidi steps into the role of producer, bringing even more depth and intimacy to her music.
A Scots Trad Music Awards Composer of the Year and multiple BBC Folk Award nominee, Heidi Talbot is an artist at the height of her powers.
