Windows of Wonder will be on display in North Kelvinside.

Sunday 30 October, 2026 – Lantern Parade

The Children’s Wood will celebrate Halloween. As part of the community event they will make lanterns and take them on a lantern and music parade in North Kelvinside. Roughly the route will be: along Clouston Street into Garrioch Road, take a right turn into Hotspur Street, another right into Northumberland Street, then past the meadow along Kelbourne Street, right turn into Sanda Street and right again into Clouston Street before returning back to the Meadow and Woods.

The Windows Of Wonders are back!

“Some of you might remeber that during lockdown in 2020, around the time of Halloween, people of North Kelvin decorated their windows for the community to see! The windows then were fantastic and folk really did such a fabulous job.

We would like everyone to take part in the Windows Of Wonders (WOW) again this year for the Halloween Weekend! Especially those, who live in the streets we will be parading! It would be lovely to see lots of spooky, bright, funny and fantastic windows glowing when we will walk by!” Facebook Children’s Wood
