In 2026, the Traditional Music & Song Association of Scotland (TMSA) proudly celebrates 60 years of bringing people together through the rich and vibrant traditions of Scottish music and song.
From local gatherings to international stages, the TMSA has created c

ountless opportunities for everyone, from curious beginners to seasoned tradition bearers, to connect, share, and pass on the living heritage of Scotland’s musical soul.

What began with a single festival in Blairgowrie has blossomed into a movement rooted in community, carried by the voices, tunes, and stories of those who’ve kept the tradition alive across generations.

Hosts

Sheena Wellington and Margaret Bennett, will host a journey through the decades, honouring the singers, musicians, and behind-the-scenes champions who have inspired, taught, and uplifted.

Other performers will include
