Yoga Charity Event – Sun Salutation Marathon 2014 – Glasgow
Raising funds for MND Scotland
Sunday 21st September 2014 from 9.30am
Calling all yogis! balance, a yoga, chiropractic and complementary health centre based in Glasgow’s west end, is holding a Sun Salutation Marathon on Sunday 21st September 2014 from 9.30am. The event will raise money for MND Scotland, a local charity that helps those suffering from Motor Neurone Disease and also supports their friends and family.
Join us to help raise money for this fantastic local charity. The Sun Salutation Marathon will consist of 4 x 60 minute classes throughout the day, with each class led by a different teacher. Classes are open to anyone who is familiar with basic sun salutations. Each class costs £10, to pre-book a place go to http://www.balance.co.uk or contact reception on 0141 332 8800.
We’re also holding a competition to ‘Guess how many total Sun Salutations completed’ during the marathon. Entries cost £5 and prizes include a one-to-one yoga session, a chiropractic assessment and massage treatments. Drop into the centre or call reception to buy tickets.

100% of all proceeds will go to MND Scotland.
