The lady from Louisiana, Mary Gauthier will appear at our Glasgow Americana Festival at St Andrew’s In The Square on Friday 3rd October
The hugely popular and gloriously talented singer/songwriter headlined the first ever Festival back in 2007.
A new album, “Trouble and Love”, due for release shortly, features songs of transformation, moving from being one way to another way, internally.
She’s been a welcome visitor to Scotland with her challenging and critically-acclaimed catalogue of music from six studio albums since composing her first song at the age of 35.
For this show, she will supported by Ben Glover who won many admirers during his performance at Glasgow Americana last year at the Gram Parsons’ tribute night.
