Australian actor-turned-director Damon Gameau wants to expose the huge amounts of sugar we consume without knowing it and, like Morgan Spurlock in his 2004 doc Super Size Me, Gameau is willing to offer his own body as a test case. The film follows the devastating effects of a high sugar diet of low-fat yoghurts, breakfast cereals and muesli bars on Gameau’s physical and mental wellbeing. With guest cameos including Stephen Fry and Hugh Jackman, Gameau’s playful film promises to transform the way you look at ‘healthy’ food.
