Outdoor Art Film, Eglantine, North Kelvin Meadow Glasgow
23rd June, 2019
Join American Glasgow – based artist Margaret Salmon for an outdoor showing of her film Eglantine in The Children’s Wood, North Kelvin Meadow, Kelbourne and Clouston Street, Glasgow G20 8PR (will be in Kelbourne Scout Hall if it’s wet).
Eglantine is a beautiful meditative and enchanting account of a young girls real and fantastical adventure in a remote forest one evening. This film draws inspiration from a range of cinematic movements as well as wildlife documentaries to produce a lyrical and sensual portrait of a child’s eye perspective on the natural world. Bring a picnic and blanket. The pedal powered generator will be back!
