Whole leg of lamb (2 kilo) slow cooked with mace, cinnamon, cumin and topped with sweet almonds. Served with basmati rice, breads, garlic and parsley potatoes, apple chutney and raita.
Chicken stuffed with cloved smoked aubergine. Served with basmati rice, breads, onions salad and cucumber raita.
