Unpredictable director David Gordon Green (All the Real Girls, Joe) casts Hollywood legend Al Pacino as A.J. Manglehorn, a lonely locksmith who spends his time looking after his cat and writing romantic letters to his lost love Clara. However, with the help of friendly bank teller Dawn (Holly Hunter), Manglehorn may just be able to start his life over again and finally come out of his shell. A delightful, quirky and unsentimental tale of loneliness and longing.
