The pre-theatre menu at Leiper’s Attic at Cottiers provides an opportunity to dine in lovely surroundings and choose from a mouthwatering menu before heading off to the theatre, cinema or one of Glasgow’s many literary events or festivals. A great choice for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day.

Hot smoked salmon, shellfish aioli, picked baby beetroot
Wild mushrooms, white onion, pickled vegetables, soda bread
Cullen skink, crispy leaks
Venison shin croquette, pumpkin, peach, watercress

Mains
8oz house dry aged rump steak, choice of 1 side and 1 sauce
Hake fillet, bone marrow gnocchi, fennel, artichokes, caper and samphire butter
Pheasant breast, white beans, artichokes, kale, smoked bacon and red wine
Baked and roasted baby beetroots, orzo, goats cheese, horseradish, crispy kale
Cheese
Selection of Mellis cheese, chutney, homemade oatcakes, frozen grapes
Sweets
Sticky toffee pudding, date and ginger purée, salted caramel parfait
Dark chocolate ganache, clementine sorbet, marinated red currants, chocolate soil, hazelnut tuile
