‘It Wisnae Us’ exhibition provides an insight into the role of slavery in Glasgow’s past. The story is told through the buildings and streets that have a tangible link with slavery.

Based on the book ‘It Wisnae Us’: The truth about Glasgow and Slavery, funded by CRER and written by former CRER researcher Stephen Mullen, the exhibition illustrates the links between tobacco, slavery and abolition.

1st – 31st October
