Arctic Walruses in Paisley, Art, Poetry, Fountain and Fun, 25 November, 2017

Celebrating the refurbishment of The Grand Fountain
Assembling Gilmour Street, Paisley, 10 a.m. and gathering Fountain Gardens 12.30 p.m. 25 November, 2017
‘ok this is gonna be a hoot, worth coming along and hanging out because we are going to three of the most exquisite bits of architecture, an arts and craft church by a Mackintosh contemporary, McLennan, who favoured the tulip over the rose, thought to be the best example of art nouveau perpendicular gothic YASS, plus the Bull INN which is a beautiful old pub by same guy with same feel and gorgeous, then on to THE GRAND FOUNTAIN, where the walruses will huddle, there is a poetry competition, Derek MCluckie and the more tusky rants the better, come and opine.’
