– Veg broth with rye bread
– Scottish smoked salmon with toast
Mains:
– Haggis, neeps & tatties
– Vegetable haggis, neeps & tatties
– Oven baked Scottish salmon supreme, creamy mash, char-grilled broccoli & lemon parsley butter
Dessert:
– Black forrest Cranachan
– Cheese & oatcakes
