Part of Glasgow West End Festival 2012

The Lit Parade took place on 13th June, at Centre for Open Studies, University of Glasgow, St Andrew's Building, 11 Eldon Street, Glasgow G3 6NH

Writers from Glasgow and beyond took part in an evening of poetry and prose when participants in Glasgow University's prestigious MLitt programme performed a variety of pieces, from the humorous to the serious, the intriguing to the entertaining.'

Special guests at the event included Zoe Strachan, the award winning author, who teaches on the MLitt Course, and Mark Buckland, Publisher with Cargo Publishing.

The event was organised by current students on the MLitt Course: James Carson, Josianne Azzopardi Mamo, Mo Blake and Pat Byrne.
