Facilites include: is fully air conditioned and a complex swimming pool, of which you will have full use and secure, underground parking, should you wish to rent a car locally.

Onsite managers are available to provide information and assistance and can assist you in organising car hire, golf packages or catering for large family groups; with additional booking made in adjacent apartments.

Location

Benalmadena is situated in Andalucia, on the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain, twenty minutes west of Malaga Airport and within easy access to other major towns such as Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella, Calahonda, Cabopino and Puerto Banus via the N340 motorway and public transport.

The newly built apartment is at the western end of Benalmadena, bordering on Torrequebrada and its famous golf course. The course is a mere five minutes from the apartment by car or taxi and is one of more than twenty courses within easy driving distance.
