Students from the BA (Honours) in Performance course at the University of the West of Scotland present a diverse programme of work created in their final year. New and classic plays, devised performance, physical theatre…
Experience a selection of vibrant new work from performers, directors and writers at the start of their career.
The School of Creative and Cultural Industries supports an annual calendar of events to showcase student’s creative work to industry experts and public audiences. These events can range from theatre performances to music gigs while at the end of each teaching year we deliver the annual Student Showcase and Awards. This event brings together the best work of students from across the UWS Skillset Media Academy. From Film and Screenwriting to Broadcast Production, from Music to Performance to Research, the Showcase highlights students’ work to industry experts, future employers and the general public. Film shows and music performances combine with prize-giving events, to present a narrative of the School’s, and each student’s, journey and growth through the year. Everyone is welcome to come and help celebrate the work of our students.
