This Halloween, GFT brings back one of the greatest horror movies of all time: Stanley Kubrick’s masterpiece of psychological dread, The Shining. Based on Stephen King’s bestselling novel, this tale of a family man and would-be writer going mad as winter caretaker of the cursed Overlook Hotel is a seminal work of the genre. Screening in the restored cut, which features 24 more minutes than the original theatrical release.
